We will also verify employment and income levels as well as run a criminal, credit and rental history check. No applicant will be approved until all questions are answered to our satisfaction. :: If I have a maintenance issue, who do I contact? :: Please contact our maintenance line, and press option 2. If it is after hours please leave a message. Your concern will be directed to the appropriate person and responded to within 24hrs. :: How do you handle security deposits? :: When a tenant vacates, we will provide all required accounting of the tenant's security deposit within the time legally allotted. If there are damages they will be deducted from the security deposit. :: Do you allow pets? If so, is there a pet deposit? :: We allow pets. You may have a combination of two animals. The pet deposit is $150.00 refundable. :: What Lease Terms do you accept? :: Lease terms are 1 yr , 18 months, and 24 months. Terms shorter than 12 months can be negotiated. :: Do you accept Section 8? :: We accept Section 8 vouchers. :: What is your policy regarding late rent? :: Rent is due on the 1st. A late fee of $50.00 is assessed on the 5th if rent is not received. Daily late charges of $10.00 per day start on the 6th. :: How much notice do I need to provide if I don't want to renew my lease? :: We require 60 days written notice if you do not wish to extend your lease.
